The first Chuck’s Steak House opened in a Waikiki Hawaii in 1959. We opened this one in 1970. From day one, our mission was to serve a quality product for the lowest price possible. Despite ever increasing costs this is still our mission today.  We never have, nor ever will, sacrifice the quality of what we serve to bring you lower prices.  Please be assured that we will continue to maintain our consistency in the finest cuts of quality premium aged Black Angus beef which we cut right here on the premises daily. This restaurant is family owned and operated as it has been from the start. We hope you enjoy our restaurant and hope you visit often. If for any reason you are not satisfied please tell us. No Happy Hour, Reservations or Daily Specials for the time being.

Now that we are open to the public, we wanted to update everyone on what we are doing to keep our employees and our future patrons safe and healthy. Because your safety and the safety of our employees are of the upmost importance to us, we will be following all CDC guidelines and enforcing policies to provide that safety.

The restaurant has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. This thorough cleaning and disinfecting will be done daily throughout the restaurant. Since we have been closed for a few weeks now, all plates, glasses and other food contact surfaces will have be re-washed and all silverware will be re-rolled. We have set up our outdoor seating area to abide by social distancing protocols which allows for parties of 5 people or less. There will also be clear signage that will minimize crossing paths with anyone on your way in and out of the restaurant.

All employees will be trained on sanitation protocol. This includes cleaning, sanitizing tables and seats in between visits as well as other contact surfaces, such as computers, printers, etc. Any employee feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms will be told to stay home and we ask that if you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms to also stay home, as well. All employees and patrons are required to wear masks while on the premises, unless eating or drinking at a table. Employees will also be wearing gloves at all times and will replace them often.
